What have students who have taken this course in the past progressed to?

Most A Level students go on to enjoy a university followed by a related career, however many choose to go directly into industry or enter university later. With the right combination of subjects, this course will lead you into the academic field of linguistics, or a career in journalism, publishing, creative and media careers, advertising, broadcasting, or communications. Language and communication are fundamental elements of all sectors and so will help you advance in any field, however clearly there are certain fields in which this course will help you excel: law, journalism, writing, teaching are to name but a few.
